The goal within each program at Noah's Ark is to provide an environment that recognizes how special
God has made each of us. All programs have wonderful teachers who are dedicated to young children,
growing their educational and experience levels, and carrying out the goals set for the Center. The
Director has special training in early childhood education, as well as extensive administrative and
teaching experience. All other staff members meet state-required qualifications and are chosen on the
basis of their contribution to the team. Staff members are given on-the-job training as well as
opportunities for continuing education to help develop their full potential as leaders and teachers. The
Center’s teacher/pupil ratio meets or exceeds all legal requirements. Noah's Ark is accredited by the
Maryland State Department of Education.
